Workspaces: How they work

Updated over a week ago

Workspaces help you manage multiple brands or clients within one LazyLines account.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace is a completely separate "account" within your LazyLines account. Each workspace has its own:

  • Brand Profile (unique business info, voice, content pillars)

  • Custom Inspiration page (For You videos based on that brand's content pillars)

  • Personalized prompts (tailored to that brand)

  • Saved content (scripts, posts, emails for that brand)

  • Separate chat history

Think of workspaces like having multiple brands, each completely isolated from the others.

Workspace Limits by Plan

  • Pro Plan: 1 workspace

  • Business Plan: 5 workspaces

Upgrade to Business Plan to create multiple workspaces at https://app.lazylines.ai/settings?tab=billing

Who Needs Multiple Workspaces?

Agencies: One workspace per client ✅ Freelancers: Separate each client's work ✅ Multi-brand creators: Personal brand + business brand

Example: A marketing agency with 4 clients would create:

  • 1 workspace for the agency

  • 1 workspace per client (4 total) = 5 workspaces total (perfect for Business Plan)

Creating New Workspaces

Note: This feature is only available on the Business Plan.

To Create a New Workspace:

  1. Click "Create New Workspace"

  2. Name your workspace (e.g., "Client: Nike" or "Personal Brand")

  3. The workspace is created instantly

What Each Workspace Gets:

Each workspace has its own:

  • 6,000 credits/month (Business Plan)

  • 100 profile analyses/month

  • Complete isolation from other workspaces

Credits and limits are separate per workspace—they don't share or combine.

Switching Between Workspaces

To Switch:

  1. Click your name in the bottom left corner

  2. Select "Switch Workspace"

  3. Choose from your list of workspaces

  4. The interface reloads with that workspace's data

What Changes When You Switch:

When you switch workspaces, you'll see:

  • Different Brand Profile

  • Different chat history

  • Different Saved content

  • Different Inspiration page (For You videos based on that workspace's content pillars)

  • Different credit balance and usage limits

Everything is separate—no data is shared between workspaces.

Workspace Best Practices

  • ❌ "Workspace 1"

  • ❌ "Test"

Setting Up Each Workspace

For best results:

  1. Complete the Brand Profile (70%+ recommended)

  2. Add content pillars for personalized Inspiration

  3. Upload voice examples to match brand style

  4. Save your first content to start organizing

Managing Multiple Clients

Agency workflow:

  1. Create workspace for each client

  2. Switch to client workspace before working on their content

  3. All chats, saved content, and research stay organized per client

  4. No mixing or confusion between client work
