Current Limitations (As of Dec 2025)
LazyLines launched on December 5, 2025. This is version 4.0—we're actively building and improving based on your feedback.
Here's what LazyLines currently CAN'T do (but we're working on it):
1. 5MB File Upload Limit
What This Means:
Files larger than 5MB can't be uploaded
Large videos, high-res images, big PDFs won't upload
What You CAN Do:
Compress files before uploading
For videos: reduce quality/length
For PDFs: split into smaller parts
For images: reduce resolution
Workaround:
Use online compression tools
Share file via link instead (if it's already online)
Coming: Increased to 50MB+ (in development)
2. No Abort/Stop Generation Button
What This Means:
Once AI starts generating, you can't stop it mid-generation
Have to wait for completion
What You CAN Do:
Start a new chat if urgent
Let it finish, then ask for revision
For very long outputs, be more specific in initial request
Workaround:
Open new tab for urgent questions
Close tab if you really need to stop (but message is lost)
Coming: Stop button—top priority, arriving soon
3. Interface Language: English Only
What This Means:
UI buttons, menus, settings are in English
Support articles are in English
What Still Works:
AI responds in ANY language you speak to it
You can chat in 100+ languages
Content creation works in any language
Workaround:
Use browser translation for UI
Chat naturally in your language
Coming: Multiple interface languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc.)
4. Image Content Not Processed (For Social Posts)
What This Means:
Instagram image carousels: caption only, not image content
Facebook photo posts: caption only
Twitter images: caption only
Can't analyze what's visually in static images from posts
What DOES Work:
Videos are fully transcribed and analyzed
Images you upload directly CAN be analyzed
Just social media post images aren't processed yet
Workaround:
Download the image from the post
Upload it directly to chat
Ask: "Describe this image"
Coming: Image content analysis from all sources
5. Limited Profile Analyst (Instagram Only)
What This Means:
Profile Analyst currently only works for Instagram
Can't bulk-analyze TikTok, YouTube, Twitter profiles in the tool
What You CAN Do:
Add TikTok/YouTube profile links to chat (still works, just not in Profile Analyst)
fetch_link tool processes any profile URL
Chat-based analysis works for all platforms
Workaround: Add any profile URL to chat: "Analyze @username on TikTok"
Coming: Profile Analyst expansion to all platforms
6. Voice Dictation Not Available
What This Means:
No voice-to-text input yet
Can't speak your messages
What You CAN Do:
Use your device's built-in dictation
Type normally
Workaround:
Mac: Press Fn twice for dictation
Windows: Windows key + H
Mobile: Use keyboard's microphone button
Coming: Native voice input feature
7. No Mobile App (Yet)
What This Means:
No iOS or Android app
Access via mobile browser only
What You CAN Do:
Use mobile browser (works well)
Add to home screen for app-like experience
All features work on mobile web
Mobile Web Experience:
Responsive design
Touch-optimized
Full feature access
May be slightly slower than desktop
Coming: Native mobile apps (on roadmap)
8. For You Videos: Not Real-Time
What This Means:
For You section updates weekly, not daily
Not showing videos from last 24 hours
Some delay in trend discovery
What Still Works:
Search is real-time (live TikTok/Instagram search)
Manual profile analysis is current
Trends section updates weekly
Workaround:
Use Search for real-time discovery
Combine For You (patterns) + Search (current)
Coming: More frequent updates, closer to real-time
What's Coming Next (Roadmap)
Next 2-4 Weeks:
✅ Abort/stop generation button
✅ Higher file upload limits (50MB)
✅ Canvas export to common formats
Next 1-2 Months:
🔄 Interface language options
🔄 Voice dictation
🔄 More frequent For You updates
🔄 Image content processing for social posts
🔄 Profile Analyst for more platforms
