Interacting with Videos

When you hover over any video thumbnail (in For You, Trends, or Search), three options appear:

1. Add to Chat

  • Adds the video to your current or new chat

  • LazyLines automatically fetches the video (transcribes, analyzes, gets metrics)

  • You can then ask questions about it

Use Cases:

  • "Rewrite this script in my style"

  • "What makes this hook effective?"

  • "Analyze the structure of this video"

  • "Create a similar script about [my topic]"

Multiple Videos: You can add multiple videos to one chat:

  1. Click "Add to Chat" on video 1

  2. Click "Add to Chat" on video 2

  3. Click "Add to Chat" on video 3

  4. Now ask: "What do these 3 videos have in common? Write a script combining the best elements"

2. See Insights

  • Opens detailed view of the video

  • Shows full metrics:

    • View count

    • Like count

    • Comment count

    • Engagement rate

    • Post date

  • Full caption

  • Complete transcript (if available)

  • Platform and creator info

Use Insights When:

  • You want to study a video without using chat credits

  • Need to see exact metrics

  • Want to read full transcript

  • Analyzing performance patterns

3. Play Video

  • Opens the actual video player

  • Watch directly in LazyLines

  • See the video in context

When to Watch:
