  2. Image Posts: For Instagram carousels, Facebook images, Twitter images - we currently only access captions and metrics, not the actual image content.

  3. Video Posts: For Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos - we ALWAYS fully transcribe, watch, and process the video content.

Using Brand Profile Toggle

The Brand Profile toggle (πŸ‘€ icon) controls whether the AI has context about your brand.

When It's ON (Highlighted Yellow):

  • AI has access to all your Brand Profile info:

    • About You section

    • Voice & Style examples

    • Content Pillars and topics

  • Content is personalized to your brand voice

  • Recommendations match your niche

  • Scripts/posts sound authentic to YOU

When It's OFF (Gray):

  • AI has no context about your brand

  • Responses are generic

  • Useful for general questions unrelated to your brand

When to Turn It ON:

  • Writing scripts, posts, emails

  • Creating content for your brand

  • Getting personalized recommendations

  • Content strategy planning

When to Turn It OFF:

  • General knowledge questions

  • Research not specific to your brand

  • Testing different styles

  • Asking about the platform itself

Pro Tip: Keep it ON by default if you've filled out your Brand Profile. It makes every response better.
