Changing Your Password:
Settings → Account
Enter current password
Enter new password
Confirm new password
Click "Update Password"
Security Tips:
Use a strong, unique password
Don't share your account credentials
Change password if you suspect unauthorized access
Deleting Your Account
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
To Delete:
Scroll to bottom
Click "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion
What Gets Deleted:
All your chats and chat history
All saved content (canvas items)
Brand Profile data
All workspaces you own
Subscription is cancelled automatically
Before Deleting:
Download any important saved content
Export any data you want to keep
Note: There's no way to recover this data after deletion
Understanding Workspaces
What is a Workspace?
A workspace is a completely separate "account" within your LazyLines account. Think of it like having multiple brands, each with its own:
Brand Profile (unique business info, voice, content pillars)
Custom Inspiration page (For You videos based on that brand's pillars)
Personalized prompts (tailored to that brand)
Saved content (scripts, posts, emails for that brand)
Separate chat history
Workspace Limits:
Pro Plan: 1 workspace
Business Plan: 5 workspaces
Who Needs Multiple Workspaces?
Agencies: One workspace per client
Freelancers: Separate each client's work
Multi-brand creators: Personal brand + business brand
Example: Marketing agency with 4 clients = 1 workspace per client + 1 for agency use
Creating New Workspaces (Business Plan Only)
To Create:
Click "Create New Workspace"
Name your workspace (e.g., "Client: Nike" or "Personal Brand")
The workspace is created instantly
Each workspace has:
Its own 6,000 credits (Business plan)
Its own 100 profile analyses/month
Complete isolation from other workspaces
Switching Between Workspaces
To Switch:
Click your name in the bottom left corner
Select "Switch Workspace"
Choose from your list of workspaces
The interface reloads with that workspace's data
What Changes When You Switch:
Different Brand Profile loads
Different chat history
Different Saved content
Different Inspiration (For You videos based on that workspace's pillars)
Credits and limits are separate per workspace
Interface Customization
Dark/Light Mode:
Click your name in bottom left corner
Select "Bright" or "Dark" mode
Changes apply instantly
Language:
Interface is currently English only
More languages coming soon
The AI responds in whatever language you speak to it (works in 100+ languages)
