Accessing Billing Settings

Go to https://app.lazylines.ai/settings?tab=billing to manage everything related to your subscription.

Upgrading Your Plan

From Free to Paid:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. Choose Pro or Business

  3. Select Monthly or Yearly

  4. Enter payment details

  5. Your full credit allocation activates immediately

From Pro to Business:

  1. Settings → Billing

  2. Click "Upgrade to Business"

  3. You'll be charged the prorated difference

  4. Additional workspaces and credits activate immediately

Changing Between Monthly and Yearly

You can switch billing frequency anytime:

Monthly → Yearly:

  • You'll be charged the yearly amount immediately

  • Saves 50% during Cyber Month (normally ~17%)

  • Current month's unused credits are forfeited

Yearly → Monthly:

  • Change takes effect at the end of your yearly term

  • No refund for unused portion of year

Downgrading Your Plan

Business → Pro:

  1. Settings → Billing → Change Plan

  2. Select Pro plan

  3. Change takes effect at next billing cycle

  4. Important: You'll lose access to extra workspaces (keep only 1)

  5. Move any essential content from other workspaces before downgrading

Cancelling Your Subscription

To Cancel:

  1. Click "Cancel Subscription"

  2. Confirm cancellation

  3. Your plan remains active until the end of your billing period

  4. After that, you revert to the Free plan

You can cancel anytime - no contracts or commitments.

Refund Policy

LazyLines offers refunds under specific conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Must request within 7 days of purchase

  • Email your account email to [email protected]

  • State reason for refund request

  • We'll review and determine eligibility

Processing Time:

  • 3-10 business days for approved refunds to appear in your account

After 7 Days:

  • Full refunds are not available

  • Partial refunds may be considered case-by-case

  • Contact support to discuss options

Note: Heavy usage of credits may affect refund eligibility. Refunds are for legitimate issues, not buyer's remorse after extensive use.

Viewing Invoices

Access your invoice history at https://app.lazylines.ai/settings?tab=invoices

You can:

  • View all past invoices

  • Download PDFs for accounting

  • See payment dates and amounts

  • Track your billing history
