LazyLines is committed to providing flexibility and transparency in our cancellation and refund policies. Whether you need to pause your subscription, cancel your account, or request a refund, this guide covers everything you need to know about the process and your options.

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

7-Day Refund Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of LazyLines with a full 7-day refund guarantee on your first purchase. This applies to:

  • First-time subscribers to any plan

  • Upgrades to higher-tier plans (refund difference)

  • Both monthly and annual subscriptions

  • Important: Refunds are not available if your account has generated more than 80 pieces of content during the subscription period, even if you are within the 7-day window.

No questions asked within the first 7 days (unless the 80-generation threshold is exceeded).

Flexible Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime without penalty or fees

  • No long-term contracts or commitments

  • Immediate account control β€” you decide when to stop

  • Content loss β€” once you cancel your subscription, all your saved content will be lost
